filament journal

In this journal, I designed and bound a 50 page selection of a booklet. The project gave me an oppportunity to find and design with several different kinds of writing such as diary entries (one of which I took from my research notes I took while in Italy, another a tour diary from the Flaming Lips), an interview, novel selection, and an essay (a research paper I wrote in my freshman english class). I also designed the front and back covers, folios, title page, and table of contents. In this project, I discovered that I really like dealing with complexity and systems.
